NAI Isaac Negotiates Lease Renewal with Mason Liquors at Chinoe Shopping Center

NAI Isaac is pleased to announce the lease renewal of Mason Liquors at Chinoe Shopping Center.  Mason Liquors has been at the location since July 2012.  Al Isaac, President of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented the Owner in the lease transactions.


Anchored by Kroger, Chinoe Center is located at 1050 -1060 Chinoe Road between Alumni Drive and Tates Creek Road on the southeast side of Lexington. Al Isaac, President of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented the landlord in this transaction.

NAI Isaac welcomes Playa Bowls to French Quarter Square at 2573 Richmond Road, Suite 100, Lexington, Kentucky. Expected to open in Summer/Fall 2025, this will be their second location in Lexington.
