NAI Isaac Brings Bluegrass Cellular, Inc. to Newtown Plaza

NAI Isaac recently assisted in the leasing of a 2,126 sf space within Newtown Plaza, located at 1000-1002 Granite Drive in Bardstown, Kentucky.  The space has been leased to Bluegrass Cellular, Inc., who plans to open August 2015.  Bluegrass Cellular is a Kentucky-based cellular services company, headquartered in Elizabethtown.  The new Bardstown, KY location will act as a customer care center.    J.L. Newtown Plaza is a 14,265 sf multi-tenant retail development located at the intersection of Hwy. 245/John Rowan Boulevard & Granite Drive.  Tenants include Buffalo Wings and Rings and Benjamin Moore.  Located in Bardstown, Kentucky the center is a short 35 minute drive to Louisville, KY.
