NAI Isaac Brings Express Mobile Diagnostic Services to Idle Hour Office Suites

NAI Isaac recently assisted in the lease negotiations of a space within Idle Hour Office Suites, located at 2121 Richmond Road in Lexington, Kentucky.  The space has been leased to Express Mobile Diagnostic Services, LLC.  Express Mobile Diagnostic Services provides portable digital x-ray and ultrasound services to the Central Kentucky area. Jim Holbrook, Associate and Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President with NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented the Landlord during the lease negotiation.
