NAI Isaac Brings Retail4Less to Franklin Plaza

NAI Isaac recently assisted in the leasing of a 14,600 sf space within Franklin Plaza, located at 814 S. Main Street in Franklin, Kentucky.  The space has been leased to Retail4Less.  Retail4Less provides brand-name apparel, shoes and home goods to customers at discounted prices. Originally based in Louisville, Kentucky, they are slated to open their first Franklin, KY location in late 2015.  Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President and Jamie Adams, LEED AP, Senior Associate with NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, represented the tenant during the lease transaction.
