NAI Isaac Welcomes Lennox Industries, Inc. to Lexington Business Center

NAI Isaac recently leased 16,253 sf to Lennox Industries, Inc., located at 2040 Creative Drive in Lexington, Kentucky.  Lennox provides heating, cooling and air quality systems to customers around the world.  The Lexington Business Center location will be utilized as an industrial showroom space for HVAC service providers.  Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented BRE Midwest Mixed Asset Owner, LLC (Landlord) during the lease transaction.  Steve Bean with Haymaker Bean represented the Tenant.
