NAI Isaac Brings RehabCare to Frankfort, Kentucky

NAI Isaac recently leased a ±2,000 sf space located at 108 Diagnostic Drive in Frankfort, Kentucky.  The space has been leased to RehabCare Group East, Inc.  RehabCare is a leading provider of physical, occupational and speech-language rehabilitation services in 47 states.  The new Frankfort location is slated to open in early 2016.  Bruce Isaac, CCIM, SIOR, Senior Vice President and Jamie Adams, LEED AP, Senior Associate with NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented the Tenant during the lease transaction.  Danny Willis with Century 21 Commonwealth Real Estate represented the Owner.
