NAI Isaac Completes Sale of Wellington Office Condo in Lexington, Kentucky

NAI Isaac recently completed the sale of a ±1,162 sf office condo, located at 3320 Clays Mill Road in Lexington, Kentucky.  The property was sold to Lucky Dog Properties, LLC.  Jamie Adams, LEED AP, Senior Associate with NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented the Owner during the sale transaction.

NAI Isaac welcomes Playa Bowls to French Quarter Square at 2573 Richmond Road, Suite 100, Lexington, Kentucky. Expected to open in Summer/Fall 2025, this will be their second location in Lexington.
