The Plaza at Lexington Green Welcomes Peacocks & Pearls, Reaches 100% Occupancy

The Plaza at Lexington Green, one of Lexington’s newest retail destinations, is set to welcome its latest tenant, Peacocks & Pearls to Suite 170.  The new women’s boutique is slated to open late summer and will offer fun ladies’ clothing, accessories, jewelry and affordable fashion for women of all ages.   “We have enjoyed our relationship with NAI Isaac and especially Paul Ray Smith and Jamie Adams.  They provided excellent service and were easy to work with.  They are very knowledgeable about the Lexington market, communicate well and they provide results.  We are extremely pleased with the tenants at The Plaza at Lexington Green and appreciate all the work they did to accomplish 100% occupancy for us.  We would certainly use NAI Isaac again.” stated representatives of Lexington Green, L.P., owners of the center.   NAI Isaac also negotiated leases with Vetdata, Mellow Mushroom, and Sola Salon Studios. 


The Plaza at Lexington Green is a redevelopment of the former Lexington Green cinema building, located between Fayette Mall, Target, The Mall at Lexington Green and Hilton Suites Hotel.  Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President and Jamie Adams, Senior Associate, represented Lexington Green, L.P. during the lease negotiations.
