NAI Isaac Brokers Sale of Development Lot in Georgetown, Kentucky

NAI Isaac recently completed the sale +/-1.69 acres of development land located at 407 Cherry Blossom Way, at I-75/Exit 129 in Georgetown, Kentucky. The land was sold to a local development group who plans on constructing a hotel on the site.  Bruce R. Isaac, Senior Vice President and Jim Kemper, Vice President of NAI Isaac represented the Seller during the sale.

NAI Isaac welcomes Playa Bowls to French Quarter Square at 2573 Richmond Road, Suite 100, Lexington, Kentucky. Expected to open in Summer/Fall 2025, this will be their second location in Lexington.
