Jamie Adams, CCIM, Vice President and J.L. Cannady, CCIM, Senior Associate of NAI Isaac, recently brokered the sale of a 10,000 SF office building located in Nicholasville, KY. The building was sold to Galaxy Properties, LLC.  who operates Solaris Diagnostics, a medical laboratory testing facility accredited under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA).  The new owner plans on utilizing the location for COVID and SARS-CoV-2 testing.
