NAI Isaac Leases Former Frisch's Big Boy Restaurant to El Charro Texano


   Richmond, KY - Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President and Zach Smith, Associate of NAI Isaac recently assisted the owner of 136 N. Keeneland Drive in securing a new lease.
     
   The property, formerly occupied by Frisch's Big Boy restaurant, has been leased to El Charro Texano Mexican Restaurant.  El Charro Texano will offer dine in, carry-out, and drive-thru pick-up options to customers throughout Central Kentucky. They are slated to open December 2020.
