Jamie Adams, CCIM, Vice President, Celebrates 10 Years with NAI Isaac

 

Jamie Adams, CCIM, Vice President with NAI Isaac, celebrates 10 years. Adams joined NAI Isaac in 2010.  Adams is a sales/leasing vice president specializing in retail, office, industrial and investment opportunities throughout Central Kentucky and surrounding markets.  Over the last 10 years, he has represented Property Owners, Investors, and Tenants ranging in size from international REITs to local businesses in their acquisition, disposition, and site selection needs.
Adams is a native of Lexington Kentucky, graduation from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Landscape Architecture. During his tenure with NAI Isaac, Adams has consistently increased the scale, breadth, and productivity of his commercial real estate practice to provide comprehensive services to his clients. 
Adams holds the coveted CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Manager) designation and served as the 2017 President of the Kentucky Chapter, Lexington District.  He also holds the LEED AP designation from the US Green Building Council.   Adams is an active member of the NAI Global Retail Specialty Council, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) Kentucky Chapter, The Fayette Alliance (a sustainable growth community advocacy organization)  and more.  He currently resides in Lexington, KY with his wife and children.
