Lexington, KY March 9, 2021 – Today, NAI Isaac, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage, property management, and facilities services firm, announced the successful lease of a 4,438 SF office space at 1050 Chinoe Road to Willow Creek Counseling Center, LLC. Willow Creek Counseling provides individual and group therapy services to clients throughout Central Kentucky. Al Isaac, President, and Jim Holbrook, Assistant Vice President with NAI Isaac, assisted the Landlord during the lease transaction.  Neal Metcalfe, SVN Stone, represented the tenant.

Chinoe Office Suites is located between Alumni Drive and Tates Creek Road, nestled in one of Lexington's oldest and most prestigious neighborhoods. The traditionally—styled, 3-story brick building is situated approximately one mile from New Circle Road and provides easy access to and from the major city corridors.
