Eric joins NAI Isaac with over eight years' experience in senior-level accounting and financial management. As a licensed CPA with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Eric specializes in cash accounting, budget analysis, corporate and entity level month-end close processes, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable oversight, and financial reporting and presentation.  As NAI Isaac's Accounting Manager, O'Reilly supervises the daily operations of the accounting function within NAI Isaac's Finance Department, including AP and AR Management, commissions administration, monthly financial reporting for NAI Isaac's managed properties, property budgeting and forecasting analysis, and accounting systems and processes management. He also ensures all accounting tasks and projects are completed in accordance with industry best practices.
