Lexington, KY – NAI Isaac, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm, announces the lease of 8,100 SF to BME Services, LLC at 1183 Brock McVey Drive in Lexington, Kentucky. This location will be home to BME's newest facility in Lexington, as they plan for future growth in the market. Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President, and Zach Smith, Associate, of NAI Isaac, represented the Tenant along with Nick Griewe of CBRE. Will Van Meter of Haymaker Commercial Real Estate represented the Landlord.

BME Services, LLC was founded in 1979 as a Commercial and Industrial merit shop contractor, providing mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing services for commercial and industrial partners. With three hub locations in Burlington, KY, Lebanon, TN, and Lexington, KY, they service all of Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee.
