Louisville, KY – NAI Isaac, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm, was part of a high-level brokerage team that secured the lease of the 203,840 SF industrial warehouse at 3195 South Park Road, Louisville, KY. Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, of NAI Isaac, along with Mark Wardlaw and Clay Manley of NAI Fortis, and Bill Kampton and Phil Garrett of Colliers NAPA, represented the Tenant. Alex Grove & Kevin Grove CBRE represented the Landlord.
