Lexington, KY – NAI Isaac, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm, announces the lease of 1,520 SF of office space at 811 Corporate Drive, Lexington, Kentucky to Village Caregiving. Jim Holbrook, Assistant Vice President at NAI Isaac, represented the Tenant. Ben Hammack of Switzer Development represented the Landlord.

Village Caregiving’s mission statement is “keep your heart at home” showing their goal to allow the elderly to live as comfortably and safely as possible in their own homes. To accomplish this goal, employees provide home care assistance to the elderly. Village Caregiving was formed by, and is still owned and operated by, three longtime friends who experienced how difficult it can be to take care of a loved one with little or unreliable help.
